We called Texas Strong Mechanical after our power was restored and we found our AC unit not working. Rey came out, same day as called, and checked the system, added coolant and got the AC up and running in a very short time! My son is disabled and I am a senior citizen that requires oxygen. The heat is very hard on us. But thanks to Rey and Texas Strong Mechanical, our house is now cooled and comfortable!Thank you Rey!

I would highly recommend this company Samuel Rivera is very knowledgeable, he figured out the problem quickly and in less than two hours my house is cooling . I will tell all my friends and family, and if you’re wondering about if the service is affordable, yes it is . I was concerned about the price but once he told me the cost I did not hesitate to do business ,I’ve signed up for yearly maintenance with them , thanks Samuel , you’re a great guy . We need more people like you around .

Great professionals, honest and very knowledgeable.I just got the regular service done for my units and I am very happy with my choice. They made some recommendations and explained very nicely how the system is working and we will need t some improvements in order to preserve the good functionality of the system that they will be able to perform in 24 hours.

Had a very abnormal problem late at n the afternoon. Technician arrived in hours same day. Was courteous and made sure he wasn’t making a mess. Even offered to vacuum. So far so good on the issue. As i said very abnormal issue.

It was a great experience with Houston Heating & Air Conditioning Repair. They were able to come out to my place to service my heating and air conditioning system, and they were able to fix the problem right away. FIVE STAR COMPANY!!!Great work performed and great customer service! We had an immune suppressed family member that was very ill when the AC failed, putting his health in serious jeopardy. Ray Rios (owner) came out quickly and got a new system installed and running that day!This is an amazing company with good people that care about the quality of their work and they care about their customers.We now use them for other work such as electrical, some plumbing, repairs whatever we need help with. I can’t recommend them strongly enough.

Replaced a 5 ton unit with a new package. Also replaced the plenum and installed P-trap on a 3 ton unit. Chose this company for its good rating, but maybe I've just had a very bad luck:1. Ceiling was damaged (see photo). The ceiling was repaired and repainted, but not matching the color and texture.2. After a P-trap was installed on the 3 ton unit, the shutoff valve on the primary drain line was left in the closed position for almost a month, until the dripping water from the ceiling was noticed.
